PROSEDUR PENDAFTARAN DAN PEMBAYARAN BIAYA SELEKSI PMB JALUR MANDIRI PROGRAM SARJANA (S1)

 UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA:

  1. Calon peserta jalur PMB Mandiri membayar biaya seleksi di Bank Mandiri  dengan menyebutkan PMB jalur Mandiri S1 UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta dengan kode pembayaran diikuti tanggal lahir calon peserta dengan format ddmmyyyy kepada petugas (teller) bank;
    1. Biaya pendaftaran PMB Jalur Mandiri CBT sebesar Rp. 300.000,00 (tiga ratus ribu rupiah).
    2. Biaya pendaftaran PMB Jalur Prestasi, dan Jalur Portofolio sebesar Rp. 250.000,00 (dua ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah).
  2. Setelah membayar, calon peserta akan mendapatkan bukti pembayaran dari bank yang mencantumkan ID/username dan PIN/password (Selanjutnya ID dan PIN tersebut akan digunakan untuk login ke sistem PMB);
  3. Setiap peserta mengisi formulir (borang) online melalui laman http://admisi.uin-suka.ac.id dengan langkah-langkah:
    1. Login ke sistem pendaftaran dengan memasukkan ID dan PIN.
    2. Isi formulir sesuai dengan dokumen asli yang dimiliki.
    3. Upload foto dengan ketentuan: foto harus formal dan berwarna (bukan foto gaya), file foto dalam bentuk JPEG, dengan ukuran 3x4cm file 70-150 KB.
    4. Cetak kartu peserta dan data diri peserta dengan printer berwarna (pilihan Program Studi tidak dapat diubah setelah kartu ujian dicetak).
  4. Semua informasi yang diisikan dalam borang/formulir ini harus benar. Kesalahan/kecurangan dalam pengisian borang/formulir ini berakibat pembatalan penerimaan peserta.
  5. Biaya Seleksi PMB yang telah dibayarkan oleh calon peserta tidak dapat ditarik atau diuangkan kembali dengan alasan apapun.

    PROSEDUR PENDAFTARAN PROGRAM MAGISTER (S2)

    Prosedur Pendaftaran dan Pembayaran Biaya Seleksi PMB Program Magister (S2) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta:

    1. Membayar biaya seleksi di Bank Mandiri  dengan menyebutkan jalur PMB S2 UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta dengan kode pembayaran diikuti tanggal lahir calon peserta dengan format ddmmyyyy kepada petugas (teller) bank;
      1. Biaya pendaftaran PMB Program Magister Jalur CBT Test From Home dan Jalur Non Tes sebesar Rp. 500.000,00 (lima ratus ribu rupiah).
      2. Biaya pendaftaran PMB Program Magister Jalur Portofolio sebesar Rp. 600.000,00 (enam ratus ribu rupiah).
    2. Setelah membayar, calon peserta akan mendapatkan bukti pembayaran dari bank yang mencantumkan ID/username dan PIN/password (Selanjutnya ID dan PIN tersebut akan digunakan untuk login ke sistem PMB);
    3. Setiap peserta mengisi formulir (borang) online melalui laman  http://admisi.uin-suka.ac.id dengan langkah-langkah:
      1. Login ke sistem pendaftaran dengan memasukkan ID dan PIN.

    PROSEDUR PENDAFTARAN PROGRAM DOKTOR (S3)
    1. Membayar biaya seleksi di Bank Mandiri  dengan menyebutkan jalur PMB S3 UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta dengan kode pembayaran diikuti tanggal lahir calon peserta dengan format ddmmyyyy kepada petugas (teller) bank;
      1. Biaya pendaftaran PMB Program Doktor Jalur Reguler sebesar Rp. 750.000,00 (tujuh ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah)
      2. Biaya pendaftaran PMB Program Doktor Jalur International sebesar Rp. 1.000.000,00 (satu juta rupiah).
    2. Setelah membayar, calon peserta akan mendapatkan bukti pembayaran dari bank yang mencantumkan ID/username dan PIN/password (Selanjutnya ID dan PIN tersebut akan digunakan untuk login ke sistem PMB);
    3. Setiap peserta mengisi formulir (borang) online melalui laman  http://admisi.uin-suka.ac.id dengan langkah-langkah:

    UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM (S1) REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

      REGISTRATION PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT OF SELECTION FEES FOR INDEPENDENT ADMISSION FOR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS (S1) UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA:

      1. Prospective participants in the Independent Admission pathway pay the selection fee at Bank Mandiri by mentioning PMB jalur Mandiri S1 UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta  with the payment code followed by the prospective participant's date of birth in the format ddmmyyyy to the bank officer (teller);

      a. The registration fee for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) is Rp. 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand rupiah).

      b. The registration fee for the Achievement Selection and Portfolio Selection is IDR. 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).

       

      2. After paying, prospective participants will receive proof of payment from the bank which includes ID/username and PIN/password (the ID and PIN will be used to log in to the registration system);

       

      3. Each participant fills out an online form via the page http://admisi.uin-suka.ac.id with the following steps:

      a. Login to the registration system by entering ID and PIN.

      b. Fill in the form according to participant’s original documents.

      c. Upload photo with the following requirements: the photo must be formal and colored (not stylish photo), photo file in JPEG format, with a size of 3x4cm and file size 70-150 KB.

      d. Color-print the participant card and participant personal data (Study program choices cannot be changed after the test card is printed).

       

      4. All information filled in in the form must be correct. Errors/fraud in filling out the form will result in cancellation of participant acceptance.

      5. The Selection Fee that has been paid by prospective participants cannot be withdrawn or refunded for any reason.

      MASTERS PROGRAM (S2) REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

      Registration Procedure and Payment of Selection Fee for Master Program (S2) Admission UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta:
      1. Pay the selection fee at Bank Mandiri by mentioning jalur PMB S2 UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta  with the payment code followed by the prospective participant's date of birth in the format ddmmyyyy to the officer (teller) bank;
      a. Registration fee for the Master Program Computer-Based Test (CBT) From Home Pathway and Non-Test Pathway is IDR 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand rupiah).
      b. Registration fee for the Master Program Portfolio Pathway is IDR 600,000.00 (six hundred thousand rupiah).
      2. After paying, prospective participants will receive proof of payment from the bank stating the ID/username and PIN/password (the ID and PIN will be used to log in to the registration system);
      3. Each participant fills out the online form (form) via the page http://admisi.uin-suka.ac.id with the following steps:
      a. Log in to the registration system by entering your ID and PIN.
      b. Fill in the form according to the participant’s original documents.
